Please Note: If you have a brachycephalic pet—such as a Pug, French Bulldog, Boston Terrier, Shih Tzu, or cats like Persians and Exotic Shorthairs—we recommend choosing one of our indoor clinic locations on warmer days. These pets are more sensitive to heat because their shortened airways make it harder for them to cool off by panting, putting them at greater risk for heatstroke. When the weather heats up, it’s especially important to keep them indoors as much as possible, ensure they have access to fresh water, and limit heavy exercise. Indoor clinics offer a safer environment for heat-sensitive animals.
