Our Essential Care services include physical exams and limited treatment for the most common illnesses and injuries in cats and dogs. 

Our Essential Care services are designed to support families facing financial hardship who want the very best for their pets but may struggle to afford veterinary care. Whether navigating job loss, living paycheck to paycheck, or managing limited resources, our clients deserve access to compassionate, affordable treatment. 

If you already have access to veterinary care, we encourage you to continue using your regular provider to help keep these services available for those with the greatest need.

Schedule an Appointment

Essential Care appointments are available weekly and must be scheduled in advance. 

We are only able to treat certain common illnesses and injuries. If your pet is experiencing a critical or life-threatening emergency, such as difficulty breathing, seizures, or collapse, please contact the nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

Services & Pricing

Our Essential Care services cover treatment of common conditions found in cats and dogs. Our services are meant to be supportive, and appointments are not intended for life-threatening or critical immediate medical concerns. We will provide basic diagnostics and treatment, along with medications if your pet requires them.

Here is a list of the basic, non-urgent issues we can treat at our clinic.  All appointments require a physical exam prior to treatment.

  • Cold Symptoms (coughing, sneezing, eye or nasal discharge)
  • Urinary Problems
  • Minor Wounds / Injury
  • Skin Problems (redness, hair loss, itchiness)
  • Vomiting or Diarrhea
  • Ear Problems (shaking head, painful to touch)

Services we do not offer at this time: Orthopedic and oral surgery, advanced or extensive diagnostics, treatment for chronic conditions, emergency and overnight care.

Pricing

  • Physical Exam: $60

  • Additional treatments range from $50–$150 depending on the severity of the issue (an estimate will be provided at your visit).
