  • The Pain-Behavior Connection in Dogs (Webinar) – 04/20/26 at 6:30pm

    Class Fee: $60. This is a single-session webinar that will be held online through Zoom. Learn to make the connection between potential pain, and the behavioral challenges you're seeing in your dog. Identifying and treating physical pain can relieve some difficult behaviors in your dog.

  • ALL ONLINE – Beginning Puppy Training – Starting 04/22/26 at 7:30PM

    Beginning Classes

    Class Fee: $200. This class is open to all puppies 8 weeks to 8 months old. This is our only puppy class that is held entirely online through Zoom. Great option if you want to join, but live too far from the shelter, or if your pup is nervous in the car!

    Class Fee: $200. This six-week class is open to all puppies 8 weeks to 8 months old. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun learning environment that will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully work with your puppy!

  • Puppy Socialization (In-Person) – Starting 04/26/26 at 9:30am

    Beginning Classes

    Class fee: $100. Have a new puppy? This 3-week course offers all the fun and social learning of puppy socials plus more. This class is for puppies who are 18 week or younger. Sorry to the older pups! Allow your pup to socialize in a safe and controlled environment!

    Class Fee: $200. This six-week class is open to all puppies 8 weeks to 8 months old. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun learning environment that will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully work with your puppy!

  • Tricks Training (In-Person) – Starting 04/30/26 at 6:00pm

    Advanced Classes

    Class Fee: $225. Tricks are a cheerful, creative way to keep training fun while helping your dog build focus, body awareness, and confidence! This six-week course is for any dog that has taken one of our "Beginning Level" classes at HSSV. No other training is required!

  • Separation Anxiety (Online Only) – Starting 05/06/26 at 7:00pm

    Behavior Management Classes

    Class Fee: $250. This class is designed specifically for dogs struggling with separation anxiety. This class will meet for four-weeks, entirely online through Zoom. This class will help you better understand your dog's anxiety, and start building your dog's tolerance to being home alone.

  • Control Unleashed (In-Person) – Starting 05/12/26 at 7:45pm

    Training

    Based on Leslie McDevitt’s acclaimed book series of the same name, Control Unleashed is a training program for students and dogs who are ready to strengthen their communication and connection around distractions. This is an Intermediate Level class - a Beginning Level class is pre-requisite.

  • Top Dogs Level 1 (Online Only) – Starting 05/13/26 at 6:15pm

    Behavior Management Classes

    Class Fee: $300. This class is designed specifically for dogs struggling with leash or barrier reactivity. This class will meet for six-weeks, entirely online through Zoom. Allow your dog to learn in the comfort and calm of their own home, before practicing skills in the real world.

  • Beginning Puppy Training (Hybrid) – Starting 05/14/26 at 6:15pm
