The first session of this six-week series will be held online. The remaining five classes will be held in-person at HSSV. Attendance at the Week 1 orientation is mandatory. Please reach out to your trainer if you cannot attend the first class. If you miss this first session without notice, you may not be allowed to attend the rest of the course.
