Helping Animals Through Community Action
Corporate teams or other groups looking to give back in a meaningful way can partner with HSSV through hands-on experiences that directly support animals and their people. Whether you’re assembling care packages, improving our spaces, or engaging your team from your location, each activity helps save lives, support families, and strengthen the community we all share.

Pet Pantry Packing
Help Keep Families Together with HSSV and prepare food packages for our community members and distribution partners. We have 13 primary distribution partners and our community reach extends to 70+ locations. Be a part of ensuring no family is separated due to the need for pet food.

Green Paw Patrol
Support our strategic priority of Saving Lives and keep our dog walking paths clear of common hazards such as foxtails. Spend some time maintaining our facilities and clearing the dog walking paths of animal hazards, like foxtails. Make sure every animal has an enriching stay when heading outside for a walk in the park.

Group Onsite
Make an impact for local animals from the comfort of your own location. In this unique opportunity, HSSV will bring the activities directly to you including blanket making, dog/cat toys, and more – activities vary.

The Prometheus team brought their community-minded spirit to life during a special Porch event at Prometheus Real Estate Group HQ in San Mateo. Volunteers spent the day creating kitten enrichment toys, writing heartfelt thank-you cards for HSSV foster families, and preparing much-needed materials for our Pet Pantry program — all meaningful acts of support that help pets and their people across our community.
