When you Arrive
- All cat surgeries will be performed at our Community Pet Clinic located at 3463 McKee Rd, San Jose, CA 95127
- Please bring your cat in a hard carrier lined with blankets or towels.
- Please make sure your dog is on a leash.
- We will provide you with a print/email copy of your medical records after the appointment.

| Bundled exam, surgery, FVRCP, rabies vaccine, microchipping, flea/tick treatment, nail trim (for indoor cats), and dewormer. Additional charges will be applied for cryptorchid (one or both testicles have not yet descended into the scrotum), brachycephalic (short, flat face and shortened airway), or pregnant cats. |

| Cost includes bundled exam, surgery, DA2PP, rabies, vaccine, eCollar, post-op medication, microchipping, flea/tick treatment, nail trim, and dewormer. Additional charges will be applied for cryptorchid (one or both testicles have not yet descended into the scrotum), brachycephalic (short, flat face and shortened airway), or pregnant dogs. Dogs & Puppies under 40 lbs – $300 LARGE DOG & PUPPIES Dogs & Puppies 50 – 99 lbs - $350 Dogs & Puppies 100 – 120lbs - $500 Space is limited. Example of large dog breeds: Cane Corso, Bernese Mountain, Doberman, Mastiff, Shepherd, Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, Rottweiler. *Dobermans: We require pre-surgical blood tests to detect Von Willebrand disease (vWD), a common genetic bleeding disorder in the breed that can cause dangerous bleeding during surgery. HSSV does not offer this testing – you will need to have this blood test done through your primary veterinarian. |
