Whether you’re an adopter, a neighbor, or someone looking for affordable, high-quality care, request an appointment for your pet’s vaccine needs. These clinics are available weekly and by appointment only, at Humane Society Silicon Valley Medical Center.

Note: Please use the second driveway entrance and park in the designated vaccine clinic spots. After parking, walk past the first trailer and check in at the designated area between the trailers, where a Community Services team member will assist you.

Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Fridays 9:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

Preparing for Your Pet’s Vaccine Clinic Appointment

To help keep pets safe and things running smoothly, please follow these steps when you arrive:

Step 1: Check-In
Head up the ramp to the Check-In Trailer.

🐾Only one client is allowed inside at a time.
🐾 All pets must be in a carrier or on a secure leash.
🐾 Please wait at the bottom of the ramp until it’s your turn—this helps avoid pet-to-pet interactions in tight spaces.

Step 2: Wait in the Holding Area
After checking in, please wait with your pet under the blue tent between the trailers until your pet’s name is called.

Step 3: Head to the Vaccine Trailer
Once called, proceed to the Vaccine Trailer for your pet’s appointment.

Services and Fees

These vaccine protocols are general guidelines. You should discuss your pet’s specific needs with your veterinarian.

Dogs & Puppies Vaccinations

DA2PP - $30

Starting at 6 to 8 weeks of age, every 3 to 4 weeks until 20 weeks of age, and then annually. Over 20 weeks of age, once, then annually.

Rabies - $30

Must be at least 3 months (12 weeks) old. First vaccine is good for one year and from then on the vaccine will be valid for 3 years.

Flea/Tick Treatment - $25

Preventive treatment against fleas and ticks recommended to be repeated once a month.

Leptospirosis - $60

Starting at 8 weeks of age, then again 2 to 4 weeks later, then once annually.

Bordetella - $30

Starting at 8 weeks old, or older, to protect against kennel cough.

Dewormer - $25

Roundworm/hookworm de-wormer recommended to be repeated in 3 weeks after initial dose.

Microchip - $25

Protect your companion animal with nationwide coverage with a HomeAgain Microchip, the nation’s largest database. A permanent identification chip that is administered similar to a routine vaccine that allows your pet to be identified if lost.

Cats & Kittens Vaccinations

FVRCP - $30

Starting at 6 to 8 weeks of age, every 3 to 4 weeks until 20 weeks of age, and then annually. Over 20 weeks of age, two vaccines 3 to 4 weeks apart and then once annually.
