COMPASSION IN ACTION (CIA)

In this program, teens learn how to socialize the animals and help make them more adoptable. There are four mandatory training days, plus optional days. The optional days include a pet care related lesson or Community Service project to benefit the shelter, plus time to socialize with our shelter dogs and cats.

Compassion in Action and our waitlist are full for Spring 2018. Please contact the Education team at 408-262-2133 ext. 268 or education@hssv.org for other volunteer opportunities.
