When you Arrive
- All cat surgeries will be performed at our Community Pet Clinic located at 3463 McKee Rd, San Jose, CA 95127, as well as our Animal Community Center located at 901 Ames Avenue, CA 95035
- Please bring your cat in a hard carrier lined with blankets or towels.
- Please make sure your dog is on a leash.
- We will provide you a print/email copy of your medical records after the appointment.

| Bundled exam, surgery, DA2PP, rabies vaccine, eCollar, post-op medication, microchipping, flea/tick treatment, nail trim, and dewormer. (Additional charges will be apply for cryptorchid, brachycephalic, or pregnant dogs) |
| Dogs & Puppies 50 - 99lbs - $350 |
| Bundled exam, surgery, DA2PP, rabies vaccine, eCollar, post-op medication, microchipping, flea/tick treatment, nail trim, and dewormer. (Additional charges will be apply for cryptorchid, brachycephalic, or pregnant dogs) |
| Dogs & Puppies 100 - 120lbs - $500 |
| Bundled exam, surgery, DA2PP, rabies vaccine, eCollar, post-op medication, microchipping, flea/tick treatment, nail trim, and dewormer. (Additional charges will be apply for cryptorchid, brachycephalic, or pregnant dogs) |
| Cats & Kittens - $250 |
| Bundled exam, surgery, FVRCP, rabies vaccine, microchipping, flea/tick treatment, nail trim (for indoor cats), and dewormer. (Additional charges will be apply for cryptorchid, brachycephalic, or pregnant cats) |
Please Note: When booking, be sure to choose the right surgery type for your animal—neuter if male, spay if female.

- For the Community Pet Clinic: Drop-off is between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on the day of your appointment; no additional check-in is required.
- Appointments available for dogs and cats.

- For the Animal Care Clinic: Drop-off is between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m on the day of your appointment; check in at the Community Services lobby located to the right of Adoptions.
- Appointments available for cats only.
