    Behavior Management Classes

    Class Fee: $300. This class is designed specifically for dogs struggling with leash or barrier reactivity. This class will meet for six-weeks, entirely online through Zoom. Allow your dog to learn in the comfort and calm of their own home, before practicing skills in the real world.

    Loose Leash Walking & Reliable Recall – 3 Week Class (In-Person) – Starting 04/02/26 at 6:00pm

    Training

    Class Fee: $100. Join us for this 3-week, in-person class that will focus exclusively on the skills designed to teach your dog to walk politely on leash and to come when called even in the midst of distractions and temptations. Taking a "Beginning Level" class is a required pre-requisite.

    Advanced Classes

    Class Fee: $225. If your pup likes to use their nose, and you want to develop that part of the brain more, then this Nose Work class is for you! This six-week course is for any dog that has taken one of our "Beginning Level" classes at HSSV. No other training is required!

    Continuing Recreational Agility (In-Person) – Starting 04/04/26 at 9:15am

    Advanced Class

    Class Fee: $225. This is a six-week Advanced Level course for our experienced agility dogs who are looking to continue practicing and honing their agility skills. This class is only for dogs who have taken agility with us at HSSV previously, or have approval from the trainer.

    Advanced Classes

    Class Fee: $225. Your dog doesn't have to be a super athlete to love Agility! If you've already completed the necessary pre-requisites, then we'd love to have you give Agility a try. This sport gets the mind and body engaged by learning to run the Agility course. For dogs 1 year and older.

    Coping with the loss of a pet or preparing for their final days can be a deeply personal and challenging journey. Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) offers a Companion Animal Loss Support Group to provide comfort, guidance, and a supportive community for those navigating grief.
