Pugsley is a smart, playful boy who is making great progress in his foster home and is ready for a patient forever family! He is already cat-friendly, loves playing with other dogs, and is successfully learning to channel his puppy energy into games of tug. While he is still mastering potty training and requires a structured routine, his clever nature shines through as he is already picking up on sit hand gestures.
