Stevie is a postpartum mom who came in with a form of ringworm called Trichophyton. This species of ringworm is usually contracted from soil and is less likely to be passed from animal to animal or to humans. She will need weekly DTM plates, which can be done at home and have samples delivered to our medical center.

She is super sweet and would do best with the treatment being administered in a home environment, especially since she deserves a break from the shelter! Please email foster@hssv.org if you are interested in fostering her!

Foster timeline: ~ 2-4 weeks

Medication: Anti-fungal baths, Terbinafine Ointment/Oral
