Creating an account:

1. HSSV utilizes GoFundMe Pro for our Faithful Friend program. If you have never used GoFundMe Pro before, you will need to create an account.
2. From our log in page, click on create an account and follow the prompts. Be sure to use the email address your monthly receipts are sent to.

Logging in:

1. From our Faithful Friend login page, enter your email address and click next. Be sure to use the email address your monthly receipts are sent to.
2. Enter your password and select next to complete your login.

Resetting your password:

1. If you have an account, but don’t remember your password, select forgot password to request a password reset email.
2. If you want to sign in without a password, click get magic link. This will send you an email with a direct login link.

1. After logging in, you will see all organizations you have supported that utilize GoFundMe Pro. Select Humane Society Silicon Valley from the list.
2. To see detailed information about your monthly gift or navigate to the edit page, select manage donation under the recurring donations section of the page.
3. To update your payment information, click on the pencil on the payment details section of the page.
4. To update your gift amount or processing date, click on the pencil on the Contribution details section of the page.
5. If you need to cancel your gift, you can select cancel donation at the bottom of the manage donation page.

Yes! We accept all types of vehicles for donation. Call us at 888-HSSV-PET or complete our car donation form to get started.  

Contact your charitable fund, tell them you would like to donate to Humane Society Silicon Valley and provide them with our tax ID: 94-1196215. Be sure to include your name and address with your donation so we can acknowledge your gift. If you have a DAF through Fidelity, Schwab, or BNY Mellon, you can request your gift through our online portal.  

Contact your IRA administrator and request they send your gift to us. If you have a self-directed IRA, you can send your check directly to us. You can find our tax information and learn more about qualified charitable distributions here.    

If you would like to donate by wire transfer or EFT, contact us at donor.support@hssv.org or (408) 263-8227 and our team will provide the information needed to complete a wire transfer.

We gladly accept donations of new, unopened, non-prescription pet food during our regular business hours. Due to space limitations in the aftermath of the December 2024 fire, we are not currently accepting donations of other items. The best way to support our mission is to make a gift.
