There are many ways for your company to increase its visibility in the community AND build positive brand presence while helping Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) in its mission to save and enhance lives.
Each year HSSV hosts a number of popular events. You can choose various levels of corporate participation. Employees can support our events individually, or via a corporate-sponsored table or team. Annual events include:
The Fur Ball (April): our top fundraising black-tie, dog-friendly gala event
Tails & Ales (October): Tails & Ales: People, Pets, Pints, kicks off this October with a festival featuring activities for two-legged and four-legged friendly alike. Featuring family-fun activities, crafts, vendors, and breweries to boot, Tails & Ales brings our community together to raise money and awareness for Humane Society Silicon Valley.
Spreading the word about HSSV's lifesaving work is easy on your intranet’s home or community service page. Just include our logo with a link to our home or donation page, OR a link to our adoptable animals. In addition, you can tout the work you do with us in your own corporate publications.
The community service of your employees enriches not only your staff, but is duly noted by your customers and prospects. Corporate volunteer days are fun and popular, and we’re happy to acknowledge your corporation’s good work in our newsletter, which enjoys a circulation of over 25,000 readers.
Employees can give directly through the company, United Way, or other organizations. Workplace Giving is perhaps the easiest way for individuals to regularly support our organization. Let HSSV assist your company in setting up your charitable campaign and spread the word about our mission.
Many companies, small and large, have benefited from their association with HSSV and their participation has, in turn, helped HSSV meet many of our life-saving goals. We look forward to working with your company as well!
