Ditch the office for a day and get your colleagues together to give back to the community. Humane Society Silicon Valley’s (HSSV) Corporate Volunteer Program provides employees with an experience that will enhance their lives and the lives of homeless animals.
Corporate volunteers come in from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to enjoy a tour of our Animal Community Center, learn about our mission, and understand the importance of our work. Your team will be able to socialize with our adoptable dogs and cats, and help with essential tasks like treat preparation, blanket-making, and laundry. The visit will end with a play date at our dog park, and may even include the filming of an adoptable dog’s promotional “bio pic” which shows off their personality to potential adopters.
PLEASE NOTE: Required group sizes are a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people, and all volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
