Humane Education
The mission of the education department is to explore the history and meaning of our animal kinship and foster a life-long commitment to animals.
Our education department offers a variety of programs for children, teens and adults. Our programs are highly interactive, student-centered and age-appropriate.

PreK - 3rd Grade Kids will learn about compassion, responsibility and how to be active citizens in the community. In Summer Camp kids will meet some awesome animals, talk to animal-care experts, and learn how to be responsible pet owners. |

4th - 8th Grade Students can meet dazzling dogs, creepy critters, or rockin' reptiles through our classroom presentation programs. Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the center, or join our Animal Pals Club. |

9th - 12th Grade Teens can be a voice for the animals through our Compassion In Action program, or sit on our Youth Advisory Board and provide feedback on how to create youth-centric programs. |
